Milk Chocolate Icing


– 4 oz of icing sugar, sieved.
– 1 ΒΌ oz of margarine.
– 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
– 5 teaspoons of hot milk.


– Melt the margarine in a saucepan.

– Blend in the cocoa and stir in the icing sugar and milk.

– Beat until smooth.

– Use as icing.
